How do I choose my size?
Every bracelet is made to your wrist, in whole centimetres from 15 to 21. 16 cm is the most common fit for women; 18 cm for men. One complimentary size exchange within 30 days.
How is my bracelet sent, and can I return it?
Each bracelet is sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48, inside its architectural box. Full terms for delivery and returns are set out under Shipping & Returns.
Does the guarantee cover the pearl?
The 365-day restringing guarantee covers the core. Pearl is an organic gem, softer than stone, and the pearl itself is not covered — it asks for a little more care. See Care & Guarantee.
What is the silver logo on the box?
The Portal. A discreet silver logo conceals a hidden layer: a phone's touch reveals the private record of the bracelet — its materials, its form, and its origin.
